Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Willow Bookkeeping LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

Willow Bookkeeping LLC provides professional bookkeeping services including but not limited to:

  • Financial record keeping and Bank Reconciliation
  • Monthly financial reporting
  • QuickBooks Online setup and management
  • Accounts payable and receivable management
  • Payroll coordination
  • Business consultation services

Service Agreements

All services are provided pursuant to a separate service agreement that will be executed between you and Willow Bookkeeping LLC. The terms of that agreement will govern the specific services provided.

Pricing and Payment

Service pricing is as displayed on our website or as agreed upon in your service agreement. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete financial information
  • Respond promptly to requests for information or clarification
  • Maintain access to necessary accounts and systems
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Pay fees in accordance with the service agreement

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Willow Bookkeeping LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Professional Standards

We maintain professional standards and certifications. However, our services do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice. You should consult with appropriate professionals for such advice.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your financial information and business matters, in accordance with professional standards and applicable laws.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with the terms specified in that agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees incurred prior to termination.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
